Application Support Engineer (Bachelor or Master)
The Application Support Engineer is responsible for providing high-quality technical support for the EDA design flow of the customer. The Support Engineer is responsible for solving issues in the tooling so that the customer can continue designing. Possibly you are working on location at the customer and you have to be able to work independently.
Support EDA engineers in their work as a first line of contact, handling issues and requests. By helping them directly or with more complex issues organize a solution with the help of other people.
Investigate more complex issues and problems.
Implement changes into the design environment.

Completed MBO in Electronics or Computer Science or higher.
Knowledge of EDA software (Chip flow, HDL flow, PCB flow and Matlab) is a plus.
Knowledge of Linux is a plus.
Flexible and prepared to work on-site for projects in the Benelux.
Excellent communicative skills.
Excellent in English and Dutch language (German language is a plus).
Living in the Eindhoven area is a plus.
